K-Style Gutters

K-Style gutters — named for the profile shape that resembles the letter K when viewed from the side — are the most widely installed gutter type on residential homes across the United States, and for good reason. The flat back mounts flush against the fascia board, the decorative front mimics crown molding, and the shape provides about 50% more water capacity than half-round gutters of the same width.

For Northern Virginia homes, K-Style gutters are a strong choice because of that capacity. With our 40 inches of annual rainfall and severe summer thunderstorms that can drop 2-3 inches in an hour, you need gutters that can keep up. The 5-inch K-Style is the NoVA default; the 6-inch oversized version is the right call on steep-pitched roofs, large surface areas, or homes with heavy tree-canopy overhead.

We install K-Style gutters in both 5-inch and 6-inch widths, depending on your roof size and pitch. All our K-Style gutters are seamless, custom-fabricated on-site from .032 gauge aluminum for long-term durability.
