Even sustained winds of 45-50 mph — common during our spring and fall storm seasons — can lift shingles, tear off ridge caps, and compromise flashing around chimneys and vents.

Wind damage is particularly insidious because it often starts small and worsens over time. A single lifted shingle tab creates a point where wind can get underneath and peel back entire sections. Compromised flashing allows water to penetrate behind the roofing material where it's invisible from the ground. By the time you notice a leak inside your home, the underlying damage may be extensive.

We check every vulnerable point: ridge caps, hip caps, rake edges, valleys, pipe boots, and all flashing transitions. We document everything with photos and measurements for your insurance claim, then provide a detailed repair plan.

For minor wind damage, we can often complete repairs the same day. For more extensive damage, we'll install temporary protection while we source matching materials and schedule the full repair.
